CEO, Tiffany Torrey, is a graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy and has over two decades of maritime operations, grant writing, grant management, fundraising, nonprofit management, and nonprofit board oversight experience. Torrey Enterprises has been the author and co-author of over 150 grant applications and has successfully submitted grant packages to over thirty five Federal, state, local, and private grant organizations.
